If we need special documents to register products in a country outside India, will you provide them?
Yes, of course! We’re always ready to assist Brand Owners. Since regulatory norms vary across countries, we’ll first need to know the required documents, product samples, or other details for registration. Based on this, we’ll provide readily available documents such as certificates, product specifications, COA, MSDS, etc., within a week. For other documents, we’ll support you in obtaining them from the relevant authorities.
For products sold in India, as per the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, and The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, it is mandatory to include the manufacturer’s name, address with PIN code, and manufacturing license number on the labels. For international markets, buyers can choose to include the manufacturer’s details. If not, the packaging must display ‘Made in India’ along with the manufacturer’s neutral code.
Your company name will be listed as ‘Marketed By: [Your Company Name],’ for example, ‘Marketed By: ABC Limited,’ along with your postal address, customer care details, email ID, contact number, and website (if applicable).
